Come and get to know Maria Maneva – Miriam and her mosaics. They are inspired by the sea. They are woven from natural materials from the beach – different mussels, snails, pieces of shells, crushed shells, pebbles and sand. Colour and variety comes from the colours and shapes that nature offers. Each piece emanates its own aura and exoticism. The artist will present two techniques of preparation of the mosaic panels. One is mosaics made entirely and only from pebbles and the other is a mixed technique where marine elements are as an accent in the picture, and the background is sand or crushed shells. You only get a real feel for this type of art when it is seen in person, so come from 14.10.13 to 27.10.13., Every day from 14h00 to 18h00 , including Saturdays and Sundays.
